About Me

I am a dual-licensed clinical psychologist providing private psychotherapy to high-functioning adults. My advanced clinical training includes Stanford University School of Medicine, Palo Alto University, and Sarah Lawrence College.
My professional background includes clinical work at NYU-Bellevue Hospital, Mount Sinai School of Medicine, and the Palo Alto VA. In addition to my private practice, I consult with leading technology firms on mental wellness and behavioral design.
My practice is intentionally focused and selective. I bring clarity, discretion, and psychological rigor to work with individuals whose lives require both depth and practicality.
My Clients
I work with professionals and creatives navigating periods of complexity, transition, or internal growth. Many lead demanding personal or professional lives, travel frequently, or divide their time between cities or coasts.
Some are managing burnout, performance pressure, or relationship challenges. Others are seeking a more thoughtful and sustained engagement with their inner lives. What my clients share is readiness, curiosity, and the capacity to benefit from consistent, engaged therapeutic work.
My Services
I provide individualized psychotherapy tailored to the realities of complex professional and personal lives. My therapeutic style is collaborative and conversational, integrating psychodynamic understanding with cognitive and behavioral strategies.
Sessions are available in person in New York City and via teletherapy for individuals who spend time in New York or California. Treatment is structured around your schedule, priorities, and psychological goals, with an emphasis on continuity and depth rather than brief or standardized care.
